We would like to inform you that, following the continuous disruption of the SOFORT payment functionality, we were able to restore the funds processing for some of the customers who encountered settlement delays while using SOFORT as a payment method starting from 03.10.2023. We would like to inform you that we were able to settle all of the outstanding payments which were processed by SOFORT interface until 06.09.2023. We would revert with further updates concerning the settlement of the outstanding balances.
