Cryptocurrencies are digital assets. Most digital assets are decentralized, which means they are not controlled by a single governing body, and this is what makes them more unique than traditional fiat.

Trading on the Bitrizza platform can be performed by exchanging fiat funds like EUR for crypto assets like BTC.
If you do not receive emails from Bitrizza, you need to check your email settings. Follow the instructions below:
1. Have you logged into the mail account linked to the Bitrizza account? You may not see emails from Bitrizza if you have logged out of your mail account on your device. Please log in to your account and try to find the emails again.
2. Have you checked the spam folder? If you find that Bitrizza emails have ended up in your spam folder, mark them as "not spam" or add the Bitrizza address to the whitelist.
3. Is your email client or service working normally? Check the settings of the mail service and make sure that there is no conflict caused by the firewall or antivirus.
4. Is your mailbox full? If you have reached the limit, you will not be able to send and receive emails. To make room for new emails, delete some old ones.
5. If possible, register on the most famous email services, such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
Sometimes the amount sent from your bank and what we receive is different.
This can happen due to intermediary or correspondent banks (banks between your bank and our bank account) charging fees or even exchanging the funds route to a different currency because the destination country uses a different currency than the transaction currency.
